As a Junior Call Centre Assistant, you will support our call centre team by handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers and potential clients, and ensuring smooth communication flow. You’ll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the marketing sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide clear and helpful information about our marketing services and campaigns.
- Assist customers and clients with enquiries, bookings, and general support.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign activities.
- Help identify customer needs and escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
- Contribute to meeting team targets and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
