Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Operator, you’ll be the voice of the company, handling outbound and inbound calls to engage potential customers, promote products and services, and support ongoing marketing campaigns. This entry-level role offers full training and development opportunities for candidates interested in building a career in sales, customer service, or marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers as part of marketing campaigns
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Present products and services clearly and confidently
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections with tact and positivity
- Record accurate customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly call and sales targets
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise campaign results
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Friendly, persuasive, and confident phone manner
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre work is beneficial but not required
- Interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement
