About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and personable Junior Call Centre Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with clients and prospects, providing outstanding service, and supporting sales and marketing campaigns through effective call centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential and existing clients about marketing services and campaigns.
- Provide accurate information about our marketing solutions, products, and promotions.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant customer information to support sales efforts.
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise customer engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and call handling skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Friendly, patient, and confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT skills and experience with CRM systems are beneficial.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
