Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inbound enquiries, and providing information about client products and services. You will play a key role in supporting sales campaigns and scheduling follow-ups for the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce client products and services
- Respond to inbound calls and address customer questions professionally
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the marketing and sales teams
- Meet individual and team call targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service in all communications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign objectives
