We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and experienced Commercial Solar Consultant to lead the expansion of our commercial offering across the South Coast. This is a high-opportunity role for someone who thrives in B2B sales - with full support from a well-established residential operation and the power of a nationally trusted renewable energy brand behind them.

The Role
This is your chance to build a commercial solar division from the ground up - within an existing franchise business that already installs to the highest standard and has a strong local presence.
Your core responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and nurture your own commercial leads
(industrial units, landlords, schools, surgeries, hospitality, etc.)
- Build accurate, compelling proposals using tools like Easy PV or OpenSolar
- Conduct site assessments, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently
- Work closely with our Operations Lead for logistical and technical support
- Seamlessly hand over won projects to our in-house team for delivery
You’ll be covering our South Coast franchise territory, representing one of the UK’s best-known renewable energy brands.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in commercial solar sales
- Strong technical understanding of PV systems, batteries, inverters
- Confident using quoting software (Easy PV, OpenSolar, etc.)
- Self-starter with experience managing their own sales pipeline
- Comfortable working remotely or field-based across the South Coast
- Ideally: a book of contacts, leads, or potential clients to get started
