We are a fast-growing, sustainability-focused company looking for a skilled Solar PV Estimator to support our expanding portfolio of renewable energy projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial, residential and utility-scale solar PV systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate cost estimates for solar PV and electrical projects, including equipment, materials, labour, and installation timelines.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site data to inform pricing models.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
- Support the project delivery team by reviewing handover documentation and providing ongoing technical input.
- Stay current with market trends, product innovations, and policy developments in the solar energy sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical estimating, preferably within the solar PV, M&E, or renewable energy sector.
- Some understanding of solar PV systems, including inverters, mounting systems, and storage solutions. Full training will be provided.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and grid connection processes (G99/G100).
- Experience with battery storage or hybrid systems a plus.
