Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Support the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial roofs.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring all work is performed safely.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the job site in an orderly condition.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roofing (essential).
- Experience in solar panel installation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction.
- A valid CSCS card (preferred but not required).
- Driving license (preferred but not essential).
