We’re on a mission to help more homes and businesses go solar — and we’re looking for a Solar Install Administrator who can manage bookings and keep everything (and everyone) on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and confirm solar installation appointments with customers
- Coordinate calendars with our install crews, electricians, and site assessors
- Send reminders and follow-ups to customers before and after installs
- Reschedule jobs when weather or logistics get in the way
- Keep everything updated in our CRM system
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills — you love managing a calendar
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication style
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service (solar/construction is a bonus)
- Tech-savvy — you’ll be using tools like Google Calendar, email, CRM software, etc.
