Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Site Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, customers, and auditors, and will handle a large variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the Food Division.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Follow all the company’s Health and Safety rules and guidelines at all times.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, including noticeboard maintenance.
  • Receive and distribute mail deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain diaries with divisional events.
  • Support the site manager with the set-up of rooms for business briefings/charity events.
  • Order and ensure the availability of stationery.
  • Organise and manage catering for internal meetings and external events, liaising with external vendors to place orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Set up and clean up the board room pre/post meetings.
  • Use SAP to raise POs for business subscriptions.
  • Support the charity committee with housing donations and issuing raffle tickets.
  • Liaise with cleaning contractor to ensure facilities and office cleaning standards are met.
  • Order and maintain canteen consumables stock.
  • Issue printer toner replacements and IT equipment as requested by the IT service desk.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar challenging administrative role.
