Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Site Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, customers, and auditors, and will handle a large variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the Food Division.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Follow all the company’s Health and Safety rules and guidelines at all times.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, including noticeboard maintenance.
- Receive and distribute mail deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain diaries with divisional events.
- Support the site manager with the set-up of rooms for business briefings/charity events.
- Order and ensure the availability of stationery.
- Organise and manage catering for internal meetings and external events, liaising with external vendors to place orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Set up and clean up the board room pre/post meetings.
- Use SAP to raise POs for business subscriptions.
- Support the charity committee with housing donations and issuing raffle tickets.
- Liaise with cleaning contractor to ensure facilities and office cleaning standards are met.
- Order and maintain canteen consumables stock.
- Issue printer toner replacements and IT equipment as requested by the IT service desk.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar challenging administrative role.
