Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using QuickBooks and other software tools.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Develop and implement organisational systems to improve office efficiency.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the Flooring Industry, it's products and operation.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Experience in clerical duties is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in office software applications.
