Role: Site Operations Coordinator
Location: Preston, PR1
Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum - dependent on experience
The Role: Reporting to the Head of Site Operations, the Site Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the sites data and working with the production manager on operations including; customer reports, invoicing data, site spend, and ensuring commercial viability. This role requires a commercially minded individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics. This role requires a motived and driven completer finisher.

What you will be doing:
Data & Reporting:
- Own daily/weekly/monthly production and stock reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of inputs into systems (Salesforce, spreadsheets).
- Support compliance and customer reporting.
Purchasing & Spend Control:
- Raise POs, manage supplier communication, and reconcile deliveries.
- Track spend against budget and alert team to variance.
- Maintain control of consumables, liners, PPE, tools, and site materials.
Organisation & Systems:
- Keep filing, folders, trackers, and noticeboards updated.
- Organise schedules, meetings, and logistics for team and visitors.
- Drive housekeeping of office, stores, and systems.
Follow-Through & Completion:
- Chase up actions, close loops, and make sure nothing gets dropped.
- Be the “glue” that ensures what gets started gets finished.
- Support the leadership team to maintain momentum and discipline.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Commercially minded with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
- Proficient in excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptionally organised, with natural attention to detail.
- A completer-finisher who takes pride in closing loops and maintaining order.
