Overview
We are seeking a team of dedicated, experienced and compassionate Customer Care Advisors / Assistant Treatment Coordinators to join our bubbly and busy team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by liaising between the patients and the clinical teams.
Duties:
- Guide patients all the way through their dental improvement journey from enquiry to treatment completion and aftercare.
- Handle leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required.
- Follow up individual patient lists with the aim of converting patients and generating revenue.
- Make future appointments as required, including follow up calls reviewing treatment plans.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Incentivised by hitting key targets
- Clearly explain treatment / payment options to patients and assist them with any enquiries to enable them to begin their journey to better teeth.
- Offer patients an exceptional level of customer service and assistance.
- Liaise with clinicians and other members of the team to best serve patients.
- Have excellent admin and record-keeping abilities.
- Previous dental / medical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of R4 Clinical+ practice management software would be ideal.
- Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Ideally min 2 years experience in a private / mixed dental practice or sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude with a focus on providing excellent patient care
- Personable and friendly manners
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
Hours:
- Full time
- Mondays to Fridays with one or two weekends (Saturday or Sunday, negoriable and to be discussed).
- At least one evening a week until 8pm
Pay: £12-14 per hour, to start asap, notice periods accepted
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
