Summary
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Partington Dental. This role is essential in facilitating patient care and ensuring smooth operations within our practice. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional dental services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure seamless communication between patients and dental professionals.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with the dental team to streamline office operations and improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
● iTero scanning/ photography of dental anatomy
● Organising promotional open days
● Social media marketing
● Completing definitive written treatment plans before treatment start date
● Confirming financial agreements/ processing credit applications
● Assisting the dentists by gathering consents and cost estimates
● Auditing new patient numbers and how they came to hear about us
● Ensure patients have a positive experience in practice
● Assisting patients with any queries they may have about treatment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
- GDC Registered
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in office management software is a plus.
