Are you looking for a varied and people-focused HR role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a People Adviser to join our collaborative and growing team.
As a People Adviser, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR Coordinators and People Partners across a wide range of HR activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple clients and sectors, and who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on day-to-day ER queries and managing delegated casework (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, probation)
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and benchmarking terms and conditions
- Assisting with payroll preparation and HR system updates
- Drafting and maintaining policies, templates, and SOPs in our document library
- Creating content for social media and client communications
- Delivering prepared training sessions to clients
- Supporting the implementation of new processes and systems as part of our HR in a Year programme
What you’ll bring:
- Experience managing or supporting ER cases
- Clear and confident written communication skills
- A collaborative, adaptable approach across multiple clients
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. BreatheHR, BambooHR, HiBob, SenseHR)
Working pattern:
- One fixed day per week (Monday) in our Sevenoaks office
- At least one additional day per week (typically Thursday) either in the Sevenoaks office or at a client site
- Remaining days can be worked remotely
What we offer:
- 23 days holiday + 3-day Christmas shut-down
- Holiday exchange scheme
- Life assurance and critical illness cover
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- A supportive, values-led team culture
Inclusion matters:
We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities. If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, we’ll do our best to support you.
