Job Overview
The CPD Programme Coordinator will play an integral role in the preparation and the delivery of CPD courses and initiatives. This role would suit a proactive, organised, and collaborative individual with a passion for the positive impact CPD can have on career progression. This position will report to the Head of Professional Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery and administration CPD courses from planning to post-event evaluation.
- Attending course delivery, supporting course directors and trainers to deliver high quality CPD courses. (Course delivery occurs across numerous locations across the UK and will involve overnight stays)
- Liaising with external stakeholders to pre-plan our yearly courses.
- Timely communication and the planning of meetings to ensure that courses run smoothly and everyone involved has the necessary information.
- Communicating with our members through emails about upcoming events and courses, and ensuring that queries to the events inbox are actioned in a timely manner.
- Being aware of costs associated with courses to play your part in the financial stability of the business.
- Contributing to monthly reporting on the progress of course delivery on a monthly basis.
- Supporting the Head of Professional Development with developments across CPD
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Essential
- Experience in office administration and coordinating training or professional development programmes.
- Demonstrable experience of handling multiple deadlines and projects.
- Highly organised, with the ability to work in a team and support the involvement of course contributors and trainers
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and approaches to streamline activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
- Experience of managing paid ticketed events for a range of stakeholders.
- CRM use for managing member information and administration.
- Personal transport, as events require the movement of materials from the office to the course venue.
- Experience working with LMS and/or VLE.
- Experience of MS Teams and Sharepoint, or similar
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
