The Executive MBA (EMBA) Programmes are one of the premium fee degrees taught within Cambridge Judge Business School. Our students are senior executives who primarily study in Cambridge for one weekend a month for our Cambridge EMBA, and for 4 week-long blocks alongside a range of online live sessions for our Global EMBA, and they demand a high level of quality and service.
We are looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator to join the EMBA team. The role holder has responsibility for administrating and coordinating the delivery of the EMBA teaching programme, ensuring it runs efficiently while supporting the interests of the students, teaching staff, the School and the University. In addition, the role holder will contribute to forward planning on the programme and be the main liaison with the University's Education Division, Board of Examinations etc. The EMBA programmes are punctuated with some key events including orientation week, an international business study trip, an elective programme, amongst other key elements, all of which will require the role holder's organisation and coordination skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role, including programme management, ideally in the HE sector. An understanding of the University's policies and procedures will be an advantage. The successful applicant will be a strong team player, have excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills and able to work with an internationally diverse group of students, faculty and staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work and remain calm under pressure are a pre-requisite for the role.
