Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Call Centre Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the sales and marketing functions by handling outbound and inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and helping promote our client campaigns over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote client products or services
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Book appointments or generate leads for the field sales team
- Accurately log customer information and feedback into our CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes
- Maintain a friendly, positive, and persuasive phone manner

- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
- A confident, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- No prior call centre experience required – full training provided
