Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Specialist, you will be the frontline communicator, handling inbound and outbound calls related to marketing campaigns. You’ll assist with customer enquiries, support sales efforts, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a great role for someone starting their career in customer service or marketing with a focus on phone-based communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer queries regarding marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support sales activities by providing product information and qualifying leads
- Accurately log call details and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed
- Meet call volume and quality targets set by management
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or telesales role is a plus but not essential
- Interest in marketing and customer engagement
