About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Call Centre Brand Assistant to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, representing our clients’ brands with professionalism and energy. You will support marketing campaigns through outbound and inbound calls, helping to promote products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote client campaigns and generate interest in products or services
- Handle inbound customer enquiries, providing accurate and engaging brand information
- Represent clients professionally, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all interactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client campaigns, offers, and promotions
- Log customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently
- Support the marketing team in achieving campaign goals and performance targets
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and campaign success
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confident, clear, and friendly phone manner
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly
- Basic computer and data entry skills; CRM experience is an advantage
- Organised, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
