You will be based in our modern offices in Portslade and will have the following skills and experience.
- Minimum of 1-year administration experience.
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Good organisation skills
The role will include (but is not exclusive too):
- Using our internal computer system
- Scheduling engineers work
- Dealing with clients
- Assisting all department managers
- Diary management
- Placing orders to our suppliers
