Are you a driven Recruiter who thrives on finding the right people for the right roles? We’re seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for care staff across our Hampshire and Surrey branches.
This hybrid role is mainly home-based, with regular visits to local offices, job fairs, and recruitment events to build strong candidate pipelines and support our growing business.
About The Role
✨ What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for care staff.
- Source, attract, and pre-screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and college/university visits.
- Issue conditional offer letters and contracts.
- Process DBS checks, Right to Work documents, and references.
- Guide candidates through the entire journey, from application to onboarding.
- Partner with branch teams to understand staffing needs and implement sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records via our ATS system.
- Support local recruitment campaigns and community engagement activities.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using ATS systems, job boards, and social media for sourcing.
- Ability to work independently, while building strong relationships with internal teams.
- Flexibility to attend offices, recruitment fairs, and local events as needed.
- Passion for people and an interest in the care sector.
