We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a sales focused role where your success will be measured by building strong client and candidate relationships, finding the perfect matches, and achieving clear, achievable targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Speaking with potential clients and candidates by phone and email
- Using a variety of search tools to source the best candidates for each role
- Building relationships and understanding needs to provide the right solutions
- Selling our recruitment services with professionalism and confidence
- Managing your own pipeline of leads, vacancies, and opportunities
- Following structured processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality service
- Working to and exceeding sales and activity targets
- Being part of a collaborative, supportive, values-driven team
What we’re looking for
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Confidence speaking to people on the phone with a friendly, engaging manner
- Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Resilience and the ability to think on your feet
- A process-focused approach with great organisational skills
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
