What you’ll do
- Support the team on recruitment projects across Europe and the United States.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify high-calibre candidates.
- Reach out to senior professionals, build rapport, and understand their goals.
- Present compelling job opportunities to candidates who may not be actively job hunting.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and occasionally in person.
- Manage candidate processes from first contact to offer stage.
- Deliver a high-quality experience to every candidate and client.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Help grow key accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
- Learn and adopt best practices, while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the SaaS & API technology sectors.
