We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Chalk Healthcare. This is a key role supporting our consultants in managing candidate attraction, screening, and compliance — ensuring we continue to deliver an exceptional service to the healthcare sector.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play an integral part in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for writing and posting job adverts, managing applications via Indeed and other platforms, interviewing candidates, and guiding them through the compliance process to ensure they are fully cleared and ready to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming job applications from platforms such as Indeed
- Write, edit and post engaging job adverts to attract the right candidates
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with healthcare professionals
- Support candidates through the full recruitment and compliance process
- Collect, verify and maintain all required documentation in line with compliance standards
- Ensure candidate files are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing guidance and updates
- Liaise with consultants to ensure timely placements and meet staffing requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A confident and professional approach when dealing with candidates
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- IT-literate with a willingness to learn new systems
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude

- Monday to Friday working pattern 08:30 to 16:30
