Skills
- Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for managing candidate interactions is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster positive connections with candidates and hiring teams.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
