Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team in delivering exceptional cleaning services. Located in the vibrant Tees Valley area, this role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness that our clients expect. As a Laundry Attendant, you will contribute significantly to our mission by ensuring all laundry tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Operate washing machines and dryers according to established procedures
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and work areas
- Ensure proper handling of chemicals and cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations
- Uphold company standards for quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in laundry or cleaning roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
