What You'll Do:
- Supervise day-to-day laundry operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor linen quality, damage control, and client delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment with full compliance with H&S regulations.
- Coach and support staff performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in commercial laundry, dry cleaning, or hotel laundry will be a added benefit.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to motivate a team and drive operational excellence.
