Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Junior Call Centre Support Associate to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about customer service and keen to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.
- Support the sales and marketing team in executing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in troubleshooting client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide feedback for process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
