Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will represent client brands by making and receiving calls, handling customer enquiries, and promoting products or services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people and is looking to develop a career in marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote products, services, or events on behalf of clients
- Handle inbound calls, providing information and resolving customer queries
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Update customer records accurately and efficiently
- Support marketing campaigns by generating leads and following up on prospects
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Previous call centre, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
