Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls related to marketing campaigns, promotions, and enquiries. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
