Project Administrator
Location – Bedford
Work Pattern – 40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday
Salary – Up to £26,000
The Role
Stroma Building Control are recruiting for a specialist administrator role, to join an existing Compliance team to support the delivery of Building Control services.
Main Duties will include for the review of legacy files, as directed, to facilitate updated project information, status of applications, and to work alongside the Compliance team to take appropriate action, in line with Stroma’s obligations under the Building (Registered Building Control Approver) Regulations.
This will include for, but not limited to;
- Data input and management via online CRM system,
- Updating CRM records relating to legacy projects,
- Assign tasks to inspectors for action,
- Make recommendations to inspectors following procedural review, within defined parameters of role,
- Communicate with inspectors and relevant external duty holders on project matters.
You will need
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Outlook, Word and Excel,
- Experience of providing a confidential, reliable and flexible admin service to internal and external customers,
- Excellent communication skills and be customer focused,
- Experience in Data Entry.
