We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team.
As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
Check-in clients and notify stylists of their arrival
Provide information to clients regarding salon services, pricing, and promotions
Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management and product ordering
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Communicate effectively with stylists, technicians, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Assist with mentoring new salon staff members
Experience:
Previous experience working as a Salon Receptionist or in a similar luxury customer service role is essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using salon management software or similar computer systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanour with a friendly and positive attitude
Able to stand for long periods of time
