Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
