We are looking for a dental receptionist who is eager to learn, develop and grow in a busy, friendly private in-house specialist practice in London.

We have 2 fully private practices and we are looking for full time receptionist for to work at both our branches - our Finchley branch (N3 2PA) and our St Johns Wood branch (NW8 0RH).
Main Duties:
- Opening and closing the practice
- Attending to patients on the phone, email and in person
- Being the first point of contact for the patients
- Contacting new inquiries and following up with patients
- Management and optimization of appointment books and emails
- Management of payments and taking deposits
- Providing outstanding customer service

- Proactive and eager to learn
- Customer Service experience
-Excellent communication skills with good command of English Language (written and spoken)
