Fleet Supervisor/Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team supervising and maintaining the company fleet.
The role will be based at our Fakenham Head Office with occasional visits to sites to inspect vehicles on an ad hoc basis.
You will be required to:
- manage and schedule all vehicle maintenance liaising with various garages to ensure the fleet is maintained to a high standard.
- liaise with vehicle drivers to arrange logistics of vehicle drop offs with minimal disruption to the business.
- monitor weekly engineer fuel usage, reporting monthly on usage and any discrepancies/anomalies.
- raise purchase orders for fleet related items.
- update files daily and keep accurate records.
- complete vehicle checks prior to and following vehicle handovers including basic maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles and check fluid levels, tyres etc.
The successful candidate must:
- be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and WhatsApp
- have previous experience working within fleet
- have great telephone communication skills to assist with incoming calls to the business
- be flexible - no two days are the same and the job can be very reactive.
