HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Lead Our Digital Future: You will be the driving force behind the definition and delivery of our most crucial digitalization projects, from Industrial AI and Digital Twin to IoT and data management.
Translate Strategy into Reality : You'll ensure our digital initiatives align perfectly with our core business strategies.
Drive Innovation and Expertise : . You’ll not only contribute to cutting-edge industrial research but also identify new opportunities, close knowledge gaps, and introduce the best solutions to our organization.
Influence and Build Partnerships : A key part of your role will be managing and influencing key stakeholders. You'll build and nurture relationships with government partners, senior management, and transnational teams, ensuring our projects receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
Own the Outcome: You will be fully accountable for project delivery, from managing budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and reporting progress to mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with cyber security standards. Your leadership will be the key to our projects' success.
ABOUT YOU:
Industrial Tech Expertise: You must have a deep, hands-on understanding of Industrial AI, Digital Twin, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and IoT.
Agile Project Management: You'll be expected to manage our projects using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Cybersecurity Proactiveness : You'll need to be proactive in securing our hardware and software deployments, ensuring our digital infrastructure is protected from threats.
Financial and Budget Management : You must be proficient in managing project finances, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
