Temp to Perm Roles | Immediate Starts | Excellent Pay + Weekend Overtime

We’re on the lookout for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy manufacturing team based in Warrington (WA5). If you’re confident using hand tools, can interpret technical drawings, and enjoy practical work — this could be the long-term opportunity for you.
Shift Pattern (rotating weekly):
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM – 2PM - £12.60PH
- Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2PM – 12AM - £13.5PH
- Weekend Overtime (Optional): Saturday – £20.27PH & Sunday – £27.02PH
Key Responsibilities:
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber frames to precise specifications
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Operating a range of hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive workspace.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience with hand tools or in a manufacturing/assembly environment
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings
- Strong reliability and references covering the past 2 years
