We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated, full-time Customer Support & Sales Specialist. This role goes beyond general customer service, we’re looking for someone who’s not only great with people but also passionate about driving sales and building customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer emails in a professional, helpful manner
- Engaging with comments and messages across our social media platforms
- Reaching out to warm leads with the goal of converting interest into sales
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written communication skills and solid grammar
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Works with speed and accuracy
- Comfortable engaging with customers and handling objections
- Sales-minded with the ability to upsell, follow up, and close warm leads
