The Opportunity

Based at our busy North End Sales office in Swindon Ashton Kenyes, you will join our tight-knit team, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and assistance with their queries, orders, and concerns. Your interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be the key drivers of your success in this role.
Key aspects of this role include:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and problem resolution
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with a friendly and professional demeanour
Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate product dispatch
Collaborate closely with the sales, operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and efficient customer service
Who you are
Previous experience in customer service
A logistics and sales background is desirable but not essential
Proven track record of multi tasking with the ability to prioritise your workload
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Strong IT skills and flexible approach.
Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment
Self motivated with the desire to learn new skills and knowledge of our industry
