Job purpose:
To provide a professional customer service function at all times, ensuring that all daily/weekly /monthly department routines are met timely and accurately.
Key Accountabilities:
- Answering of the customer service telephone lines and ensuring that cover is in place across busy periods of lunch, holidays and sickness.
- Taking customer orders via phone, fax and email and entering the orders onto the company Sage Line 500 system in a timely manner.
- Supporting the transport department to ensure that deliveries to customers are recorded on to our automated ORTEC transport planning system on a timely basis and are accurate.
- Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department for resolution, providing the customer with appropriate information, helping to solve problems and dealing with complaints.
- Supporting the department to balance workload during periods of high volume or absence due to holidays or sickness.
- Ad-hoc reporting as required by the senior department heads.

- Positively represent ICL to our customers and suppliers

Person Specification:
· Customer Service Experience
· Must have excellent communication – written and verbally
· Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint and to have attention to detail & high level of accuracy.
Working Hours: One Week 08:00am-16:00pm and one week 09:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday
