As a key member of our support team, you’ll handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers receive the high-quality service they expect — whether they're shipping a single parcel or managing pallet deliveries across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Track parcels and pallets, provide status updates, and liaise with couriers and depots
- Handle delivery issues and work to find timely and effective resolutions
- Assist customers with bookings, account queries, and service information
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. logistics, sales, dispatch) to improve service delivery
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics-related role (parcel or pallet industry a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable using customer service platforms and tracking systems
- A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
