Apex Parking are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our team located in Ipswich.
As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) you will be primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service whilst maintaining Apex Parking’s high standards of quality for car park presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing the highest level of proactive customer service.
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the car park
- Daily maintenance & cleaning of car park property & equipment.
- Representing the company in a professional & courteous manner
To be successful in your application you will have:
- A safe driving record
- A full & current unrestricted driver’s license– Sorry, no provisional licenses.
- A history of outstanding customer service.
