The aim of the position is to assist with customer service, and all other areas of office administration, including sales support. To complete all tasks in a timely accurate manner. Providing a high standard of customer care at all times.
Working within a busy office environment of an established wholesale company. With various day to day activities around customer service, administration and sales support.
Someone who is:
- Self-motivated
- Friendly and personable
- Is confident with using digital programs
- Experienced and confident in admin tasks
- Has experience of Customer Service over the phone
Key job tasks: (not limited to)
- Answering emails and telephone calls, and resolving the issues to final stage
- Ability to problem solve and work with the team to find a resolution
- Taking payments over the phone
- Answering queries from other departments
- Assisting with courier issues
- Creating courier labels and booking in pallets
Example tasks for this role:
- Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
- Respond effectively and efficiently to emails and telephone enquiries.
- Able to prioritise workloads and follow through tasks to completion.
- Support other business departments as required.
- Must have good numeracy skills - possible accounts knowledge.
