Office Junior – Accounts (Apprenticeship Considered)
Location: Quarry Hill, Ilkeston, Derbyshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Junior to join our busy Accounts team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone just starting out in their career, with full training provided and the potential to grow within the company. An apprenticeship route may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and managing general email correspondence
- Assisting with data entry and invoice processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and updating financial databases
- Supporting with the preparation of financial statements and audits
- Communicating professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

- Someone young, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A basic understanding of numbers and accounting principles (training provided)
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- A team player with the ability to also work independently
