As Reception Supervisor, you are a key member of the reception team and play a vital role in supporting the overall success and culture of the clinic. You will lead and motivate a team of reception staff to deliver outstanding service to patients, colleagues, and doctors.
You will assist the Practice Manager in overseeing and engaging your team in the day-to-day running of the Clinic, ensuring a seamless and professional patient journey at every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to run the reception as needed to support business requirements.

Experience
- Previous clinical reception and administration experience in a Private or NHS setting
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
- Proficient in patient database systems
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of medical treatments and terminology
- Familiarity with clinical and pricing documentation
