Location: Olympia

Rate of pay: £14 + 12.07% Holiday = £15.58

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday

Requirements

Previous supervisor experience preferred.
The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
Enthusiastic & energetic
Excellent communication skills
High empathy and understanding of others
Excellent organisation skills

Role responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

Helping with preparation for a varity of Hospitality events and setups

Providing a brilliant service for our guests

Swiftly resolving customer service complaints

Ensuring smooth communication between team members

Overseeing the floor, mitigating any issues smoothly

Motivating staff members & communicating with management
