Front of House Reception Team Leader Corporate Office (SE1, London)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (MondayFriday, 40 hours per week between 8:00am7:00pm)

We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Front of House Reception Team Leader to join our team and represent one of our prestigious clients based in the SE1 area of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong supervisory experience and a passion for excellence.

What Were Looking For
We are seeking a committed and professional individual who is:
Experienced in a Front of House Supervisor role within a corporate office environment
Reliable, well-organised, and confident in taking full ownership of the front-of-house space
A strong communicator with a proactive and personable approach
Able to lead by example and ensure consistently high service standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area with complete ownership, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

  • Establish and maintain a high-quality, consistent corporate tone in service delivery

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a warm, efficient, and courteous manner

  • Maintain effective client relationships and act as the first point of contact

  • Enforce and follow all site-specific security protocols and procedures

  • Coordinate local transport arrangements, including taxis and other travel needs

  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries

  • Conduct induction tours for new joiners

  • Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, ensuring smooth visitor coordination

  • Supervise and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding service

What Youll Bring

  • Previous experience leading a Front of House or Reception team in a corporate setting

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

  • A professional, positive, and approachable manner
