Friendly, busy garage with several commercial contracts as well as walk-ins requires a competent Workshop Controller/reception worker to help drive the business forward.
Duties including but not limited to:
-Answering telephone to book workshop jobs
-Communicating with parts suppliers
-Communicating with customers and commercial contracts
-Creating and chasing invoices
-Develop working relationships to secure new commercial contracts
Experience is essential for this role, and the candidate would have to evidence being employed in a role similar with good references.
