About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Call Centre Sales Agent to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our marketing services, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our marketing products and services
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into sales where possible
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity using CRM software
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Escalate complex client queries to senior sales team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Confidence and enthusiasm for making sales calls
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently
- Basic computer skills with experience or willingness to learn CRM systems
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or marketing is desirable but not essential
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
