Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Call Centre Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer enquiries, and support marketing campaigns by providing excellent communication and service. Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to engage with customers and potential clients
- Promote products and services in line with marketing campaigns
- Respond to customer questions and resolve basic issues promptly
- Record call details accurately in the company system
- Support the wider team in meeting sales and service targets
- Maintain a professional and positive tone in all communications
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential (training provided)
